Booking
A booking is a request for collection. We confirm it before a driver is sent.
Care
We treat every item according to its care label. Where a label is missing or unreadable we use the gentlest suitable method.
If something is not right
Tell us and we collect it, put it right and return it. Raise it within a reasonable time of delivery so we can act while it is fixable.
Loss or damage
Rare, and we take responsibility when it is ours. Speak to us at the counter and we will settle it fairly.
Prices
Prices are given at the counter or on request. Anything shown on this site as a "from" figure is a starting point, not a quotation.
