Common questions
Is pickup and delivery really free?
Yes, across every area we serve. It is not a promotion and there is no threshold to reach.
How fast is it?
Standard is 24 hours: collected today, back tomorrow. Express pressing in 45 minutes is available at the counter, in shop only.
Do I need to sort or count anything?
No. Hand it over as it is. We sort by fabric and colour on our side, which is the part that matters.
What if I am not home?
Tell us in the notes when you book and the driver will work around it. If plans change, message us on WhatsApp and we will move the window.
